How to purchase uniforms:

• Try the sample polo shirts and hoodies on for sizing available at the Clubhouse .
• Fill out a uniform order form.
•  Email the completed form to: somertonparktc@gmail.com Subject: Uniform and Your Name
• Once payment has been received, a uniform committee member will organise your order and it will be placed in a named snap lock bag in the “Uniform Collection Tub” on the rack under the sample uniforms
• You will receive notification once the uniform order has been placed in the Uniform Collection Tub
