Sunshine Coast Weightlifting Club is the oldest Club in Queensland. Established 1970 by Bob Henderson. Our Coaches are some of the most experienced and qualified in the sport. The Gym is situated in the Crushers' Rugby League Ground of Crusher Park Drive, Nambour.
